HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MAIL?
Our standard virtual office services allow you to pick up your mail during normal business hours at The Idea Kitchen. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information on hours.

We also offer a number of options for those who want their mail directed to them, including mail forwarding and digital business mail services.
CAN I ALSO USE THE SPACE?
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I RECEIVE MAIL?
Our community management staff will send notifications for physical packages via our member app. If you want to know if you have envelope mail, feel free to call and we can check your mailbox on your behalf. Or just show up whenever you're available during business hours.

You can also subscribe to weekly mail forwarding, in which case no notice is provided.

Another alternative is digital mail services, which puts all notifications directly into your email inbox!
Yes! As a virtual office subscriber, your membership includes 1 hour of meeting room time per month.
Plus, you get a 10% discount on day passes and additional meeting space time.

Yes! Our digital mail services include forwarding, scanning, and shredding available at an additional cost. Receive mail to your mobile device or desktop through a mobile-friendly site.
